City-based sweet giant Nestl was launching a £4.8 million promotional facelift for the mint with the hole.
Repackaged as "hole-y refreshing", the launch precedes an advertising campaign which will see Polo-branded taxis on the streets of York and other cities.
The sweet itself will not be changing.
