Dawn Harris received the Maurice Goldstein Merit Award for services to table tennis from the English Table Tennis Association.
The award - the highest that can be given to a league official - was presented by Malcolm Machin of the Selby Table Tennis League to Dawn, who founded the Thorpe Willoughby TT Club in 1978 and still remains their club secretary.
She was also the Selby League match secretary and press officer for 19 years.
