North Yorkshire golf star Simon Dyson finished 13th in the Great North Open at Slaley Hall after carding a one-over par 289 (71 75 71 72).
That yielded the Malton and Norton star winnings of £9,195 to take his earnings this season to almost £138,000 and 51st place in the Volvo Order of Merit. Ex-Heworth professional Neil Cheetham finished on 12-over 300 in the Great North Open won by Miles Tunnicliff, who was nine under.
