BRITISH veterans from the conflict in Malaya and Borneo attended a memorial service at Eden Camp on Saturday.
Soldiers were involved in helping to settle disputes in that part of the world from 1945 to 1962.
Eden Camp manager Steve Jaques said the veterans' association dedicated a plaque in the museum's chapel to remember those British soldiers who were caught up in the fighting, and never returned alive.
At Helmsley, thousands of motorcyclists from across the UK and Europe gathered over the weekend for the annual Farmyard Party.
Organiser Peter Walker said visiting motorcyclists and local residents were entertained by live bands and motorcycle skill demonstrations.
