YORK police are appealing for information about a 41-year-old woman who has gone missing.
Karen Hammond is from the Lincolnshire area, but has been staying at The Retreat Hospital, Heslington Road, York.
She was last seen at the Theatre Royal yesterday. Police say she is very vulnerable and her family are anxious to know her whereabouts.

Meanwhile, police in Bridlington are concerned about the welfare of a 23-year-old man who has gone missing from the resort.
Paul Thompson, of Victoria Road, Bridlington, left his home at 3.45pm on Monday on his way to visit a cinema. But he failed to return. He is described as white, 5ft 7in tall, very slim with mid-brown short hair, a tanned complexion and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and white striped polo shirt, green zip-up fleece, navy track-suit bottoms and navy trainers. Anyone who has seen Mr Thompson or has any information should contact Bridlington Police on 01262 402700.
