Heworth ARLFC will kick-off pre-season training tomorrow night as they look to hit the ground running for their 2002/3 campaign.
Brendan Carlyle and Phil Sturdy will take the squad through their paces from 7pm onwards at the Elm Park Way club.
Junior coaching for eight to 12-year-olds will continue through the summer, while the Under-16s and Under-14s teams will start their sessions in July.
New players for all age groups are welcome, with more information available from Peter Ulliott on (01904) 425007 between 6-9pm any evening.
Meanwhile, the committee at Heworth welcomed ex-players Andy Tindall, Neil Atkinson and Carl Deighton on to the administration side at the club's annual meeting.
