EVERYTHING from crops to creepy crawlies will be lined up to be learned about in the Education Area of the Great Yorkshire Show next month.
Throughout the three-day show, which runs from July 9 to 11, the Education Area will play host to a wide variety of events and activities aimed at children of all ages.
They will range from mini beast identification and badge-making to plant-growing and identifying crops in pots.
Children will also be able to learn about the testing of potatoes and potato products, how to compare the different varieties and how the vegetable is turned into some of the nation's favourite food dishes.
Visitors can enjoy a woodland walk to learn about trees, birds and woodland management in the Tapping Into Timber section.
Schools from across the county will also take part in a Food and Farming Challenge.
Pupils will look at a variety of agricultural tasks with businesses in the region.
