York Tennis Club men's first team won their second match in division one of the Yorkshire League despite being without Steve Smith, who normally plays first pair with Andy Cooke.
Paul Blackett partnered Cooke together they won all their three rubbers as did Gareth Adams and Graeme Campbell in the 6-3 victory over Roundhay at Clifton Park.
