AN East Yorkshire amateur dramatics group is preparing to perform a moving play about the treatment of a mentally-disturbed teenager.
The Pocklington Dramatic Society will present its version of Peter Shaffer's psychological drama Equus on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the town's Oak House theatre.
The play follows a 17-year-old who is brought to a psychiatric hospital after blinding several horses.
It is not suitable for children. Tickets can be obtained from the Oak House box office.
