TOP scorer Michael Proctor is set to return to the starting line-up tonight as York City go head to head with Carlisle United at Bootham Crescent.

Manager Terry Dolan admits Proctor is likely to be the only change to the team that beat Swansea City 1-0 on Saturday.

The on-loan Sunderland hit-man has been nursing a hamstring problem in recent weeks and took his place on the bench at Vetch Field.

However, he replaced Alex Mathie for the final 30 minutes against Swansea and is expected to come in as a straight swap for the Scot tonight.

The only other change to the City squad will see rookie goalkeeper John Collinson named among the substitutes in the absence of Russ Howarth, who is away on England Under-20 duty.

The City boss admitted the uncertainty surrounding Carlisle and the future of manager Roddy Collins was not necessarily an advantage to the Minstermen.

"We would like to continue the form we showed at Swansea on Saturday but it will be a different type of game," said Dolan.

"Carlisle are quite an aggressive team and we don't really know if they have got a manger or not at this moment in time, but I'm sure they'll want to show whoever is in charge how good they are."

He added: "It's a bit of unknown quantity at the moment.

"If they have an extra bit of spark because of what has happened up there then we need to be ready for it.

"It's difficult to know how they will line up. If they do have a temporary manager in charge he may want to bring some new players in as well.

"But we had a good win at the weekend on top of a good win over Oxford. It would be nice to make it three on the trot."

The match will be Lee Bullock's final game of the season. The young midfielder, who has bagged nine goals this season, will have an ankle operation on Thursday.
