THE toilets have always been a problem in York and as an ex pat, now living in Scotland, I can't help but compare the toilets I visit, with the toilets of my home city. Hourly checks and immediate cleaning are essential.
York has no more visitors than say Edinburgh or Glasgow but the toilets are immaculate.
