THE season is drawing to a close but there's no let-up for City's players.
The squad visited Fitness First at Clifton Moor this week to keep in trim and say thank you to the health club's outgoing general manager, Rachel Armstrong, who is pictured above putting Darren Edmondson through his paces.
The Minstermen are allowed to make use of the fitness club's facilities.
The staff at Fitness First are drawing up individual fitness programmes for each squad member to follow during the close-season
Rachel has been promoted from general manager of York Fitness First to regional manager responsible for 15 clubs in the north.
"We wanted to show our appreciation to the management and staff at the gym for their continued support," explained City's commercial manager, Peter Salter.
"We are hoping that the relationship between the two clubs grows increasingly stronger. We really do appreciate all that Fitness First does for us."
