CATTLE branding with a difference is rustling up support for troubled York City far and wide.
Milton Keynes' famous landmark, the Concrete Cows, are a frequent target for vandals.
Just recently, they were attacked by Wimbledon fans, angry at the possibility of their club being moved out of London to Bedfordshire.
The cows were repainted, returning them to their former condition. However, the paint had barely dried when the statues were vandalised again, this time with the words 'Save York City FC' (pictured above).
City's under-fire chairman, Douglas Craig, was this week sitting on a three-member panel in London convened by the Football Association that will decide on the Dons' proposed move to Milton Keynes. Their decision has still to be announced.
