YORK City have shown their contempt towards the true supporter.

This is not the first time that City have been in the FA Cup and in the past vouchers have been issued with programmes whether a cup run was foreseen or not - so why not this season?

For City secretary Keith Usher to state that this is going to be done from now on in anticipation of a rush of spectators towards the end of the season is a joke, as the crowd at the Rochdale game proved.

The armchair fans have got their ticket for the big one they don't have to turn out for the bread and butter games.

To allow telephone bookings from any Tom, Dick or Harry and with no restrictions on the number of tickets purchased, plus the increase on match day prices shows the club were only interested in making as much money as they could.

I am a season ticket holder and when I purchased mine, two season ticket holders in front of me in the queue were allowed to buy four tickets each including some at concessionary prices with no proof asked for to qualify for the concession.

Regarding the 'Save City Ticket', I and other season ticket holders have already purchased our tickets for the last seven games of the season. We did it last July so do we qualify for the lucky draw for a players shirt?
