TEENAGE yobs in York have again targeted a bus travelling through the city.
In the latest incident, a group of youths hurled stones at a First service travelling along Tadcaster Road.
The attack happened at about 2.55pm on Saturday, near the Marriott Hotel.
The bus was hit, but there was no damage to the vehicle.
Last week, the Evening Press reported how First bosses claimed attacks were a daily occurrence in the city.
First operating manager Paul Bell threatened to withdraw services from certain parts of York if the situation did not improve.
Passengers narrowly avoided injury when a bus in Huntington Road was shot at with, what police believe to be, a shotgun.
A £1,000 reward has been offered for information which leads to a conviction.
First commercial manager Peter Edwards said: "We continue to be concerned about this problem. Fortunately, no one was injured."
