MUSICAL eight-year-old Oliver Markham has amazed his teachers by performing a complete score - only two months after starting piano lessons.
The pupil of Clifton Without Junior School was playing the music in the school's production of Joseph And His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat today.
The show includes 14 songs that would test an adult musician.
But Oliver has taken it in his stride.
Teacher Amy Taylor said: "He started taking lessons in January and he has shown an incredible talent. There is nobody else in the school who can play like this.
"His parents have seen the production and they are very proud, as is the rest of the school, and Oliver really enjoys it.
"He says he fancies being a professional pianist."
Oliver performs the songs on a Clavinova, a type of electric piano.
