BISHOPTHORPE slipped nearer the Leeper Hare York and District League Reserve 'A' relegation zone after a 3-2 home defeat by Huntington.
Mark Gambles and Ian Whittaker gave Huntington a 2-0 lead but Bishops fought back with goals from Dan Fitzmaurice and Paul Broadbent only for visiting substitute Ben Langford to crack in the winner from 18 yards.
Dunnington won 2-0 at Pocklington with goals from Paul Fowler and Ben Small and Kartiers won 3-1 at Wigginton Grasshoppers with Darren Kelly, Mick Thorne and Glen Littlewood on target. James Wood replied for Grasshoppers.
Dringhouses moved closer to retaining the title with a 7-0 thrashing of South Bank and St John's College overcame New Earswick 2-1.
Reserve 'B' leaders Malton Bacon Factory had little difficulty in overcoming relegation threatened Moor Lane 7-2.
Chris Bell opened the scoring with Lane equalising before Jamie Ward (2) and Dave Bailey made it 4-1 at half-time. Ward went on to complete his hat-trick and goals by Sean Wilford and Steve Mills made the points safe.
Mark Crangle was the star of second-placed Osbaldwick's 5-0 victory over Poppleton, scoring all the goals.
Matthew Wix (2), Darren Fowles and Craig Brown scored to give Boroughbridge a 4-0 home win over Barmby Moor.
Haxby & Wigginton eased their relegation fears with 6-1 win over Riccall. Steve Barnard, Carl Kidd (2), Richard Hunt and Chris Watkinson (2) were on target with Paul Dickinson hitting Riccall's consolation.
