EMMA Duggleby, Malton and Norton's international golfer, qualified for the match-play stages of the South African Ladies open amateur championship with rounds of 68, 74 and 69.
She was joint leader with Tanica Van As (South Africa) after the opening three rounds. The match-play was scheduled to start today when Duggleby was facing home player Kim Brookes.
Rebecca Hudson (Wheatley), Duggleby's fellow Curtis Cup player, has also qualified. Both are in a 12-strong Great Britain and Ireland elite squad will play South Africa later this month in two Test matches.
