BRIDESHEAD Revisited star Diana Quick made a welcome return to Castle Howard, the set of the hit TV series.
The actress, who portrayed Julia in the 1980s production, is starring in Ghosts at York's Theatre Royal.
But making a visit to the region would not have been complete without a visit to the Castle Howard estate.
Cameras rolled at the estate for 17 weeks during its filming in 1981.
"It's lovely to come back here and see the estate again. It is a beautiful place and it has been wonderfully preserved.
"This is not the first time I have been here since the filming of Brideshead - I have visited the estate on a few occasions.
"I always enjoy coming to the area, I have friends in Driffield and have spent time there.
During her visit to the estate she met with owner Simon Howard.
