I REALLY admire Mr Westmoreland's stance against injustice (Letters, February 19). What a shame his memory let him forget how unjust it was for thousands of people to die on September 11 - namely in the Pentagon, the twin towers and on the hi-jacked aircraft in America.
Frankly I do not personally have a problem with ex-Mayor Giuliani's honouring knighthood, I can take it or leave it. All I want is a decent, safe world for my children to grow up in, and I am increasingly concerned about the growing number of readers supporting terrorism, especially if it's aimed at the Americans.
