HAVING seen the artist's impression of Coppergate Riverside (February 26) I have to say it reminds me of pictures I have seen on TV of the buildings of Nazi Germany and the old communist bloc, ie stark and ugly. Is this 'brutalistic' style of architecture suited to any site in historic York, let along the sensitive area around Clifford's Tower?
