CHILDREN at St Paul's CE Primary School in York have produced three colourful wall-hangings during a two-week partnership with a visiting artist.
Artist Jacqueline James has just completed a fortnight at the school, in Holgate, and has worked with children of all ages on the wall-hangings.
Each depicts a different world religion; one is about Hinduism, one Christianity and one Islam, the three religions studied in school.
Children helped decorate the fabric with prints and other decorations, and parents were invited into school at the end of the fortnight to admire the results.
