Regarding the continuous farce with Arriva trains, one has to ask the conductors why are they in that job as opposed to being a driver. Is it because the conductor job takes a lot less training and is less stressful? If this is the case, how can they expect the same level of money?
Get your act together Arriva while you still have some customers, or it will be "let the car take the strain".
