EMMA MacAlister-Hall was the star performer for Nestl Rowntree AC in the English National Cross Country Championships at Bristol.
The St Olave's School student came 14th in the Under 13 girls section, clocking 14 minutes 4 seconds and helped lift her club to 11th overall with 319 points.
Other runners from Nestl 61st were R Morrison (14.48), Sophie Boynton (15.24), 131 C Maxted (15.39).
Nina Griffith finished 26th in the Under 17 girls section with Jessica Clark clocking 24 minutes 50 seconds to finish 132nd.
The senior men's team finished 21st with 1,633 points.
Paul Goble was their leading runner in 44.28 to finish 137th.
Andy Normandale won a silver medal in the over 45 section of the Yorkshire Veterans Championships at Wakefield when he finished 12th overall. He was backed up by Jerry Barnes in 36th place and the team was completed by Dave Muckersie, Paul Lewis and Ian Wilcock.
Nestl Rowntree, Knavesmire Harriers and Harlepool Burn Road are locked in a titanic battle for the North Yorkshire and South Durham League title.
The latest race at Saltburn was won by Knavesmire with Nestle Rowntree dropping to third, having won the previous fixture.
Steve Simpson led Rowntrees home in ninth place. Aimee Collett was runner-up in the Under 20s women's section
Both York clubs will be striving for glory in the last NYSD League race of the season at Newton Aycliffe on Sunday, March 3, when the destination of the title will be decided.
