I WRITE regarding the A19 roundabout completion which cost over £2 million.
It took me more than one hour to travel from Strensall to Copmanthorpe on February 14 between the hours of 4pm and 5pm. The main problems was large lorries leaving Clifton Moor via the roundabout at Tesco.
They were indicating to turn right; the motorists obliged and let them on to the roundabout, then they had right of way over all traffic and drove completely round the roundabout and went West towards the A59. I saw three lorries at the roundabout at one time and I was 15 to 20 minutes at a standstill watching this. The £2 million has been spent on the wrong roundabout.
