A SPECIAL service in memory of Princess Margaret is to take place at York Minster, led by the Dean of York.
The Evensong service will be held in the Minster Nave, and will commemorate "the life and service to the nation of Princess Margaret", according to the Dean, the Very Reverend Raymond Furnell.
The Archbishop of York, Dr David Hope, will attend the service, and pronounce the blessing.
The service will take place at 4pm tomorrow, and will be open to all.
A spokesman said: "It will be part of the normal Evensong service, but it was felt to be important that we recognise the contribution made by the Princess."
