THE Government announced that it will follow up its "hedgehog" road safety campaign with one aimed at teenagers.
It should go further and help adults learn the green cross code, like the students in the Groves who don't know what pavements are for or the woman who told me to "bog off" when I suggested she look before her and her son crossed the road near Park Grove Primary school - it may save his life one day. Then there was the smart gent who barely looked up from his newspaper as a noisy lorry bore down on him.
