Wilson and Thompson totalled 90-14 as RI's players had straight sets wins in all nine rubbers.
Linda Durston and Linda McDonagh totalled 102-50 in three wins as Market Weighton won 6-3 at home to Knavesmire in ladies division two.
In the same division Jo Wade and Linda Fairclough totalled 109-69 in three wins to help Huntington win 5-4 at home to University Students. Wade and Fairclough beat Alex Darlington and Jo Ladds 9-15 15-9 15-7.
Phil Brunyard and Andrew Neal totalled 90-24 in three wins as Drax won 8-1 at home to Rowntree in men's division one.
Rowntree's win came when Ian Turner and Geoff Whittaker beat Steve Parr and Andrew Dunning 15-13 8-15 6-15.
In the same division Mike Corley and Matt Hitchens beat Saf Grey and Charles Stuart 8-15 15-13 15-10 to clinch a surprise 5-4 win for RI Tuesday/Thursday 'A' at home to IT Sports.
Phil Dyson and Mike Milson totalled 101-66 in three wins for IT Sports.
Phil Sinton and Daniel Woolfson totalled 90-48 as Clifton 'A' won 7-2 at home to Huntington in men's division two.
Mike Ross and Clive Debenham scored a 4 and 7 win over Clifton's Mark Ellis and Mark Screeton.
Selby 77 beat University Students 'B' 6-3 with first and second pairings Dave Hearn and Graham Campbell, and Rex Pocklington and Rob Overall both scoring three wins, returning 122-87 and 110-74 respectively.
In mixed division one Russell Binns and Roz Ellis totalled 90-18 in straight sets wins as University Students 'A' beat visitors Clifton 'B' 9-0.
In mixed division two Carol Howes and Stuart Fieldhouse totalled 99-45 in three wins to help York RI 'B' win 6-3 away to Knavesmire 'A', whose Andy Limbert and Ann Hopwood had a nine and five win over Tim Ross and Ann Murray.
Simon Taylor and Alex Darlington totalled 99-88 in three wins as University Students 'B' won 6-3 away win over Huntington 'A', whose Paul Moisley and Angela Hobman gained two wins but lost to Taylor and Darlington 15-5 12-15 14-17.
Mark Burrows and Pam Palmer totalled 90-35 in three wins as mixed division three leaders Pocklington 'A' beat nearest rivals Easingwold 9-0.
In mixed division four Gary Hall and Hazel Winfield produced their best performance of the season with three straight home wins for a total of 90-39 to help Pocklington 'B' win 8-1 away to Fulfordgate 'A'.
In mixed division six Ann Oxley and Ian Thompson totalled 90-35 as Middlethorpe won 9-0 at home to Pocklington 'C'. Ray Oxley and Hazel Quarrie totalled 109-86.
