WET weather claimed two more race meetings today, leaving Flat racing on the all-weather track at Southwell as tomorrow's only fixture.
The National Hunt meetings at Sedgefield and Folkestone were called off this morning.
Sedgefield Clerk of the course James Hutchinson said: "The track is unraceable due to waterlogging in places.
"There is little prospect of that changing before tomorrow and there is further rain forecast."
Lambourn trainer Hughie Morrison will be hoping for better luck at Southwell with Kylkenny than he enjoyed with Marble Arch at Newbury on Saturday.
Morrison's high-class hurdler Marble Arch proved unable to handle the testing ground in the Tote Gold Trophy and was eventually pulled-up.
There will be no such problems for Kylkenny, a winner on this sand surface over this course 12 days ago.
That victory was achieved in fine style, the evens favourite scoring by one and a half lengths from Night Sight.
Two wins from two runs this season is the record of Kylkenny, who is napped to chalk-up a hat-trick in the betdirect.co.uk Handicap. Martin Dwyer again takes the mount.
I fancy Rio's Diamond to sparkle in the Bet Direct Tax Free Betting Fillies' Handicap.
Mick Ryan's charge won an identical race over this course and distance a fortnight ago when comfortably beating Artifact and Barsaya.
Clearly in good heart, Rio's Diamond can oblige again and provide Dwyer, leading jockey on the sand this winter, with a double.
Middleham trainer Karl Burke has enjoyed a good run on the sand this season and Moyne Pleasure can be another winner for his Spigot Lodge yard in the Littlewoods Bet Direct Claiming Stakes.
Fergal Lynch's mount has won both his races this term and is at the top of his game.
Patrick Haslam, another Middleham representative, can also find the scoreboard with Sundridge Fairy in the three-year-old seller.
The mount of apprentice Lee Enstone, Sundridge Fairy won a similar race here two weeks ago by five lengths.
Tommorow's tips:
