TWENTY Twenty Television is currently making a major series for ITV on National Service 1947-1963...just the Army this time.
National Service was a unique experience for millions and we are keen to talk to anyone who has memories of Army life during this time.
Do you remember your basic training, kit inspection and the taste of Army food?
We are also keen to talk to women about their memories: do you recall saying goodbye to your son or brother?
Did you work in the NAAFI?
Were you swept off your feet by a National Serviceman?
If you have any stories, memories or memorabilia we would love to hear from you.
Please call Tom, Mary or Simon on 0207 284 2020. We will phone you straight back, or email us at: marybannister@twentytwenty.tv.
