York Wasps' Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Challenge Cup third round tie against Milford Marlins at Headingley on Sunday has been confirmed as a 2pm kick-off, not 2.30pm as previously reported.
The early start time is to cover the possibility of extra-time being played. If the scores are level, ten minutes each way of extra-time will be played, followed - if the scores are still level - by a period of 'golden point' time, whereby the first team to score will win.
Milford PRO Jim Irons added: "Leeds Rhinos are lending us their Headingley pitch but I don't think they'd want to have to turn the lights on."
Heworth's tie at Batley Bulldogs kicks off at 3pm.
