Nigel Durham and Marcus Wood were re-elected captain and vice-captain of York Cricket Club's Yorkshire League team.

Andrew Kay was elected to be captain of the Hunters the estate Agent York and District Senior League side with Marcus Bellerby as his second in command.

In the York Vale League, Kevin Mendham will continue as captain of the club's third eleven and Phil Hulse was elected captain of the fourth eleven.

York's pre-season indoor training has already started at St Peter's School Sports Hall at 7pm every Tuesday.
