I currently live here in Beijing, China working for 21st century newspaper (english language newspaper)contributing articles of Interest of current events in England. I am going to write an article this week on the plight of York City football team.

In China football is a big thing right now, especially with the qualification of the Chinese national team to this years world cup in Soeul and Japan. Everywhere you look in China there are posters of Beckham and Italian and British football is always on the TV.

Anyway, id just like to say that although I'm not there in England to see York city play, Ive been a lifelong fan, and until last year went regularly to all the games. I was even a mascot once and ballboy twice, in the late 1980s. I have seen city through there highs and lows, I even feature in the wembley wonders book featured by the press i think? Anyway there are supporters of city around the world right now and we all wish them the best of luck for the future. I look at the Evening press website each day to catch up on all the latest news, so please continue doing an excellent job. The official YCFC website hasnt been updated for 2 years!!!!
