WASPS' hopefuls Carl Barrow and Andy Lee have had their trial periods extended until the end of February after impressing coach Leo Epifania.
The duo, who have both have figured as substitutes for the first team in recent weeks, were previously contracted until the end of January.
Of the other trialists, former Pocklington rugby union flanker Carl Stannard's forms currently run until the end on January 31, while a decision was to be made this week regarding Callum Irving, who played six times for Wasps last season.
Wasps have confirmed that Hull amateur Scott Acklam, who failed to show for the December 9 match at Barrow, and Kiwi Ceri Penharwood have both been released, with the latter now on the books at Heworth.
WASPS' star centre, Carl Hall, was hoping Doncaster rugby league would get one over York today.
The former Dragons flyer was watching his Good Companions side, based in Bentley on the outskirts of Doncaster, take on York's very own New Earswick All Blacks in a Yorkshire League amateur match.
Hall is the director of rugby at Good Companions, a role he has maintained despite his close-season switch from Doncaster to Wasps.
He masterminded a defeat of All Blacks at their White Rose Avenue ground earlier in the season and was today wanting to complete a league double over the York side.
