Colin Matthews, a member of the London and Southern branch of the City Supporters' Club is planning to take City's plight to the top.
"It is my intention to highlight once again, the club's terrible plight with a public display of emotion outside the Football Association's headquarters in Soho Square, prior to City's league game at Luton Town on Saturday, February 23.
"I am confident I can persuade at least 150 City fans to attend."
The Evening Press will tomorrow publish a selection of money-raising ideas suggested by fans after an appeal by club director Josh Easby, the only member of the City board who is not a member of Bootham Crescent Holdings.
