GRIMSBY Town player-boss Paul Groves has warned York City they haven't seen the best of his goal-shy side.
The Mariners have drawn four of their last five games 0-0, including the first clash against York, but Groves believes bigger and better things are to come, starting tonight.
"This match means a lot to us and I will be stressing this to all the players," he said. "I realise we didn't play that well against York but we will be out to make amends for that."
Groves himself is a doubt for the tie after receiving a knock to the calf in their First Division encounter against West Bromwich Albion - yet another 0-0 draw - but he did manage to train yesterday and is expected to play some part.
However, Simon Ford has not trained after picking up a dead leg in the same match and faces a late fitness over his involvement.
If he fails Paul Raven and Alan Neilson will come into the reckoning.
