I WISH the employees of the club and all the supporters every success in saving York City.
I'll continue to support the team whatever its future status.
Take some heart from Brighton and Hove Albion down here on the south coast. Almost dead and buried a few years ago in simliar - if not the same - circumstances, they survived to take Division Three by storm last season and now they are riding high in Division Two.
All this and they still don't have a permanent home.
The one thing that saved the club? The support. The fans just would not let the club die and rallied support from teams all over the UK and abroad. So come on you Minstermen - and women. Keep the faith and never say die.
Ian MacDonald,
Woodbourne Avenue,
Brighton.
