THERE has been a massive leap in imagineering and next year it will be even greater.

This is the fourth year since Production Imagineers Ltd, of Elvington, began trading.

Now its order book for creating interior themes, theatre sets, scenic backdrops, exhibition stands, museums and outdoor events is expected to exceed the overall total of the last three years.

The five-person company, whose client list includes York companies like Shepherd Construction, The Earth Centre, many local government bodies and large public companies such as the First Leisure Corporation and the Rank Corporation, has set its sights on both the Small and Growth Business of the Year titles.

Within a comprehensive range of specialist services the firm offers themed presentations, party nights, conference and event staging services, event management, lighting design and hire, venue sourcing, product launches and consultancy.
