SEE YOU SOMETIME can extend his winning sequence in the big race at Newbury tomorrow.

The six-year-old lines up for the £28,000 Cantor Sport Challow Novices' Hurdle and is strongly fancied to repeat his recent success over the same course and distance.

Trained by Seamus Mullins, See You Sometime made all the running on his latest start and ran on strongly to beat Montalcino by one and a half lengths.

That was See You Sometime's fourth win on the bounce and the style of his victory suggested that even better things are to come.

Tomorrow's Grade 1 contest will be a tough test, but this exciting prospect is expected to come out on top in the hands of Joe Tizzard.

Very Very Noble gets the vote in the Stan James Mandarin Handicap Chase.

Alex Hales' seven-year-old has been in fine form recently, winning his last two races. A thorough stayer, his latest victory over an extended three miles was achieved at Folkestone where he beat Dick McCarthy by three lengths.

Very Very Noble has more on his plate tomorrow, but can take advantage of his light weight. Rupert Wakley again has the mount.

In the first of three races being televised live on BBC1, Europa has good prospects of landing the honours in the H & T Pawnbrokers Children In Need Novices' Chase.

Trained near Tadcaster by Thomas Tate, Europa, a former smart hurdler, scored on his debut over fences at Hexham earlier this month and looks a horse with a very bright future.

Scoring Pedigree catches the eye in the Gerrard Novices' Handicap Chase. The nine-year-old, a stablemate of See You Sometime, has been in good form of late and has every chance of gaining his second success from his last three starts in this two and three-quarter miles event.

Asking, a recent winner, also has a good chance of hitting the target again in the Travelling The Turf Conditional Jockeys' Handicap Hurdle. The accomplished Ross Studholme takes the ride on Mark Bradstock's nine-year-old.

Conditions are likely to be gruelling at Carlisle, where Len Lungo has fancied runners throughout the afternoon.

The Dumfries trainer has particularly good prospects with The Phair Crier in the triple-a-casino.com Novices' Hurdle and She's All Heart in the Betandwin.com Handicap Hurdle.

The latter, who unseated her rider on her latest pouting at Kelso, has excellent prospects of gaining quick compensation and is awarded the nap vote to do so under Bruce Gibsoin.

In the £12,000 Tote Bookmakers Handicap Chase, Roman Outlaw will relish the three-and-a-quarter miles trip.

A Newcastle winner last time out, Roman Outlaw relishes a test of stamina and has the added benefit here of a light weight to carry. He should go well.

Truckers Tavern (1.25) is held in very high regard by trainer Ferdy Murphy and it will be a major surprise if this recent Ayr winner does not oblige agin.
