Scarborough boss Russell Slade is well aware that with 19 games left to salvage the club's future in the Nationwide Conference, his side has got to start winning.
"We have to get on the front foot in these three games coming up," he said as Scarborough welcome old rivals Barnet to the McCain Stadium tomorrow before facing Doncaster on New Year's Day and then travelling to lowly Stalybridge for a crucial game next Saturday.
Slade is unlikely to make any changes for the visit of Barnet, which means that Paul Shepherd will continue in defence and former Barnsley striker Karl Rose will make his home debut.
Rose showed some good touches in the 4-3 thriller at Doncaster on Boxing Day and will continue in attack alongside Dene Shields if the young Sunderland loan man recovers from a sore toe.
Boro from: Smith, Blunt, Rennison, Shepherd, Dryden, Patterson Baker, Stoker, Jordan, Pounder, Stamp, Shields, Jones, Woods, Windross, Faure.
