York City Baths Club collected five speeding tickets, eight gold medals, three silvers, one bronze and a fourth place, plus 22 personal best times, at the Christmas Cracker at Leeds International Pool.
Rachel Stotten collected two gold medals in the 15+ age group 400 metres freestyle and 800m freestyle both in personal bests. Gawain Ng also collected two gold medals in the same age group in the 200m freestyle and the 100m freestyle, also pbs.
JJ Blackwell collected gold in the 1500m freestyle in a pb and silver in the 400m freestyle pb.
Other gold medallists: Nick Boaz 100m breaststroke; Lucy Recchia 200m butterfly PB time and Eilidh MacDonald 200m breaststroke. Silver medals went to Laura Cuttill 200m butterfly pb; Eilidh MacDonald 100m back crawl; bronze went to Mairi MacDonald 200m individual medley. There were five speeding tickets - Philip Graves 400, 200 and 100m freestyle (all pbs); Rachael Stotten 200m freestyle (pb); and Gawain Ng 200m individual medley (pb).
