regarding the Coppergate II affair, do the City of York councillors have the legal right to sell off York's heritage?
The Eye of York belongs to the citizens, not to the ever-changing faces of the council.
When they have sold off everything York owns, what will they do to get them out of the next financial mess?
It's a good job the previous councillors down the ages did not behave in the same way or York would have been completely raped by the 13th century.
