OLD Malton continued their quest for the Leeper Hare York and District League premier division title with a 4-2 win at Huntington Rovers.
Craig McDonald shot Huntington into the lead before Neil Wilford equalised for the premier table-toppers.
Daryl Craggs put Old Malton ahead and Phil Hill and Steve Boyd added further goals for the visitors. Jimmy Seal pulled one back for Huntington. Rovers' new signing Watts made an impressive debut.
Pocklington, in joint second place and with a game in hand on Dringhouses, maintained their championship bid with a 1-0 win at Dunnington.
The only goal came from a powerful header by Dave Conner from a Baz Gargett cross.
Dringhouses won 3-1 at home to Rufforth. Andy Barkway put the home side ahead with a header and Mark Scoreby made it 2-0.
Rufforth narrowed the deficit with a penalty, Jimmy Collins scoring from the spot. Barkway neatly tucked away his second goal of the match to complete the scoring.
Sixth-placed Crayke were crushed 5-0 at home by fifth-placed Boroughbridge.
Crayke's attack worked hard but could not break down the visitors' defence.
Boroughbridge gradually took control, Oliver Uffindon bagging four goals and Steve Tovey getting the fifth.
Wigginton Grasshoppers, in fourth place, won 2-1 at Bishopthorpe, who took the lead with a well worked goal from Adam Woods.
Wigginton counter-attacked and John Coates netted an equaliser. Tom Matthews snatched the winner for Grasshoppers.
Kartiers hit back from being two down to collect three valuable points with a 3-2 win at home to Nestle Rowntree.
Two goals by Joe Gaughan put Rowntree in control but the Selby side stepped up their game in the second half and won with two goals from Graham Cannon and one from John Galvin.
Riccall United moved off the bottom of the table with a 7-3 win at New Earswick, who now prop up the premier division.
Andy Leech led the scoring with a hat-trick for Riccall. Mick Carmody, Stuart Winter, James Salter and Kev Kozzicki were their other marksmen. Tim Hurst netted twice for New Earswick, whose other scorer was Ian Hemsey from the penalty spot.
Malton Bacon Factory took a decisive step towards promotion by winning the top-of-the-table clash in division one against South Bank 5-0.
Warren Greenlay opened the scoring after only three minutes, Simon Collins added another in the tenth minute and Nigel Allen made it three after half an hour.
After the break Allen hit his second and Jamie Ward rounded off the win in the 75th minute.
At the other end of the table, Hammerton moved off bottom spot with a 5-0 win at Huby.
Tim Willkinson bagged two first-half goals and Chris Wilcox made it three by half-time.
Tim Lambert and James Lambert rounded things off with second half goals.
Haxby got back to winning ways in the derby game at Wigginton Black Horse as two goals from Dave Jeffrey were enough to see them home 2-0.
Post Office benefited from South Bank's defeat to move into top spot with a 2-0 derby win at Civil service.
James Bonarious scored in the first half and Richard Dalby secured the win in the second half.
