FORMER York City and Rowntree Mackintosh striker Neil Grayson could be winging it when Cheltenham arrive at Bootham Crescent tomorrow.
Grayson was the Robins top scorer again last season with 13 goals and has had a nasty habit of coming back to haunt the Minstermen with some telling goals in recent clashes between the two sides.
However, this campaign the York-born hitman has been unable to claim a regular berth leading the Town attack since suffering a suspension at the start of the season.
The towering Julian Alsop and former Port Vale striker Tony Naylor have plundered 19 goals between them, meaning Grayson has been clicking his heels on the sidelines.
However, a hamstring injury to left-sided midfielder Russell Milton has created an opening for Grayson on the flank and it is there that the 37-year-old has been playing his trade.
Right-back Neil Howarth will be ruled out tomorrow through injury while midfielder Hugh McAuley is also out, serving the final game of a three-match suspension.
