I WAS all prepared to hate this game. The X-Com series, which was all started by the turn-based strategy UFO: Enemy Unknown, is very dear to my heart, but the future of the series looked tenuous after the poor Interceptor.
Enforcer may not be the deepest game in the world, but it can be quite good fun haring around the various levels facing quite baffling numbers of aliens.
The game looks lovely, and zips along very slickly. It's a completely different kind of game to its predecessors, but as you pause between the waves of attackers, you'll realise you're having fun.
