LADIES' costume jewellery from the 1920s and 1930s was modelled for the camera when filming for a new TV series kicked off in York.
Stonegate Antiques took centre stage when BBC crews transformed the premises into a TV set for the day.
They were in the city to film for a new antiques series called Flogg-it. It will feature Carol Addy, a dealer with Stonegate Antiques, who will show off glamorous film star pieces.
The series is designed to feature key areas of antique and historic interest in the city of York and surrounding areas.
Carol said: "You do not have to be a millionaire to look like a film star. Costume jewellery from the 20s and 30s is reasonably-priced and very collectable." General manager Liz Robson said: "We are delighted to have been chosen by the BBC to be featured and hope this will encourage people to visit York."
