I WISH the political parties in York would stop trying to score points off each other in this long-running, and by now tedious, spat about the state of York's streets.
Reading between the lines it is clear that the three parties all agree that something needs doing. So why don't they all shut up moaning, agree to disagree, and do something constructive?
Talk is cheap, but actions speak louder than words.
