HAVING been a supporter of York City for over 30 years, the performance against was perhaps one of the most inept I have ever seen.
Having been to Lincoln, Oxford and Colchester in recent weeks I cannot understand how the team can put in such poor performances in front of their own fans.
It would be easy to blame the fans who get restless and start calling 'Dolan Out'.
However, this is down to the players. If they show the same passion and commitment at home as they seem to away from home we'd be with them all the way - win lose or draw.
After six seasons of struggle it's about time we had something to cheer about. My fear is that Scarborough look likely to be leaving the Conference just as we arrive and we won't even have a local derby to look forward to.
