Ten-man Wigginton Black Horse were hammered 13-1 by unbeaten Dringhouses in Leeper Hare York and District League Reserve 'A' - after having had the temerity to take the lead.
Simon Johnson netted that breakaway goal and they withstood relentless pressure reasonably well in the first half, conceding only three goals.
However, the flood gates opened in the second half and they conceded a further ten goals. The long list of Dringhouses marksmen comprised Steve Cross (3), Gary Lonsborough (2), Nick Brown (2), Dermot Read, Craig Atkinson, Jamie Backhouse, Alan Ellis, Darren Duffil and Wayne Carter.
New Earswick club secretary Alex Hepton came on as a second-half substitute and scored against Huntington with five minutes remaining. But this was mere consolation as goals from Huntington's Mark Gamble, Martin Hewitson, Bradley Grimshaw, Guy Ulliott and Nick Thurlow had already put the result beyond doubt.

Civil Service suffered a dramatic collapse in their Reserve 'B' game at Boroughbridge. After scoring first, being all square at 2- 2 by the interval, and taking a 3-2 lead early in the second half, they ended up loosing 10-3.
The Boroughbridge side contained three hat-trick men, Darren Fowles, Roy Lousley and Ben Leeming, with an own goal completing their tally. Hampton (2) and Barry scored for Civil Service.
Haxby & Wigginton just about gained three points at home to Poppleton. They strolled into a 3-0 lead by half-time courtesy of goals by Mark Littler and Kevin Bailey (2) but almost let it slip as the visitors battled back with goals from Barratt, Horseman and Lister. A Steve Barnard goal secured the points for Haxby.
A goal in each half from Neil Price gave Osbaldwick the win against visitors Moor Lane. Danny Yates netted a second-half goal for The Lane but they could not find an equaliser.
Copmanthorpe second string head Reserve 'C' after demolishing Fulford 5-1. Shaun Cade netted a 20th-minute penalty to put Fulford ahead but that was soon cancelled out by Darren Hughes. Callum McKay bagged two before half time to put Cop in command and Matthew Pearson and Andrew Manns confirmed their superiority with two in the second half.
Stamford Bridge edged a close derby at Wilberfoss but the hosts gave a good account of themselves, taking the lead after three minutes through Steve Riley.
It took Stamford 20 minutes to settle and they got back into the game with a John Willmoth penalty.
Chris Allen sprung the offside trap on the hour-mark to net Stamford's second and Rich Byrne ensured Stamford's win when he met a left wing cross to net their third with ten minutes remaining.
Stillington managed their first point of the season in their derby at Huby thanks to a Sean Linton equaliser deep into injury time.
Craig Didlick had given them a first-half lead before Paul Whitehead, with a penalty, and Mike Wyrill turned it round after the break.
