NEW club York Rovers scored a dramatic win in the second round of the York FA Intermediate Minor Cup, beating visitors Rawcliffe 9-8 on penalties.
The score was 2-2 at the end of extra time, Mark Masheder netting both the Rovers goals.
Tom Ridsdill hit a hat-trick as Wigginton Grasshoppers Under-14s won 7-1 away to Nestl Rowntree Under-14s.
Goals from Jason May and Gareth Moore gave York RI a 2-1 win at home to New Earswick Eagles.
Dunnington beat visitors Copmanthorpe 4-2 on penalties after tying 1-1 at the end of extra time.
